Last weekend Ryan and Shannon came into town for a visit. Ryan, Jared and Dave all grew up together in the Philippines, so these boys have one special bond.
The bonus is that all of the wives get along great as well!
So, needless to say, we love it when one of the "boys" (and wife) come to town. We spent the weekend reliving our childhood and busted out the old school Nintendo. We had a weekend full of Mario, Luigi and all of their antics. We had a blast!
Apparently, I'm the Nintendo weirdo because I don't play with my thumbs like the rest of the world. Mimsies took a picture, she was so fascinated. Anyone else out there play like this? Maybe it just runs in my family!

Sarah, you HAVE to get the game Guitar Hero. It's totally a game ruled by digits OTHER than thumbs. :) Bonus too, you look cool playing with the full-sized-electric-guitar-shaped-controller.
No, I most certainly do NOT play like that. I can't imagine! Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
